Our coaches will help you to feel confident in the open water environment by introducing you to breathing, acclimatisation and safety techniques so that you leave with a smile.
Swimming in open water requires different skills to pool swimming. Our qualified coaches will help you to adapt and learn these skills to improve you technique and efficiency.
If you are training for a triathlon, then once you have built your confidence and technique our coaches will teach you how to shave time off your swim through race craft and training.
