I have experienced being a novice to placing top 10(AG) in the British Middle distance Championships, completing numerous 70.3 and Ironman races and each time knowing there is room to improve!
It is my competitive nature to continually improve and be the best athlete I can, this attitude is what I develop and nurture in the athletes I work with to ensure they reach their full potential.

Hi, my name is Sam and I am Level 3 Personal Trainer , Level 1 British Triathlon coach and corrective exercise and mobility coach.
With multiple Marathon, 70.3 Ironman, 140.6 Ironman finishers medals I know what it takes to get to the start line in the best possible condition.
I have raced all over the world and also been lucky enough to represent Team GB in the 70.3 Ironman World Championships and will also be competing at the worlds in 2019.
I understand the often testing locistics of training for triathlon, time money, family etc. As well as guiding & supporting my athletes, working as a PT and training 15-20hours aweek; I have also joined a team to takle a trans atlantic rowing challenge. As a marathon runner I have experience with training for endurance.
